Born in Sydney, Vivien Reed has always lived at the intersection of creativity and community.
After studying languages, teaching, and travelling the world, she returned home inspired by a simple vision: to make the joy of travel, arts, and special events accessible to everyone.
This led to the founding of Australia In Style—a purpose driven transport and tours company dedicated to delivering inclusive , memorable experiences.
Through her work, Vivien witnessed the barriers many face in accessing culture and travel. In response, she established a fleet of wheelchair accessible vehicles and partners with performance venues, event organisors, tour operators and the care sector to expand access to experiences that were once out of reach for many.
Guided by her spirit of adventure, Vivien continually curates cultural and lifestyle experiences that celebrate local communities.
Her deep connection to Nature -whether at her off grid country retreat or exploring remote landscapes around the globe – influences both her personal life and business ethos. Australia In Style became Sydney’s first event transport company to offset emissions and is now proudly a B Corp , committed to balancing purpose and profit and being a force for good.
Collaboration and community are at the heart of Vivien’s approach. She has mentored emerging business women through the NSW Women in Business Mentor Program, served on the board of the International Special Events Society (Sydney) , contributes to the National Trust (NSW) tours committee and is a Justice of the Peace. Her work has been recognised internationally, including honours from the Leading Women Entrepreneurs of the World.
