Why not explore areas around Sydney such as Southern Highlands, Canberra ? Add your own !
Our family of 13 in Sydney from Singapore had a ball ! They loved the Blue Mountains – even though the bushfires were around at the time! The Hunter Valley and its famous cheese shop was a hit. Of course a tour of the opera house was a highlight and a quick trip to the historic University of Sydney made a great impression.
