‘After the fascinating tour of the Opera House I got to hear it again in the most unique way possible when real magic happened.
I met up with a veteran of the opera world named Marie Claire. She has been coaching singers at the Sydney Opera House for years and was good friends with the opera legend the late Joan Sutherland. Marie Claire and I sat down to talk about her amazing experiences before taking a behind-the-scenes tour of some restricted areas in the opera house, like the areas where they prepare the wigs and makeup room for the stars. Afterwards, thanks to Marie Claire’s kindness I got to see a show at the opera house ! I couldn’t believe it! Not only an opera at the Sydney Opera House, but on the front steps under the stars! Amazing!

We enjoyed a wonderful 2+ days in Sydney filled with visits to all the main sites: Opera House, Toronga Zoo, Blue Mountains and so much more. Vivien and Terrence met us at the airport to give us a personal welcome. Tony was an amazing tour guide every day with an entertaining wealth of knowledge and special care for our wheelchair bound family member. The whole experience was amazing.
