Booking & Payment

Yes we can. For example, currently we provide a regular accessible shuttle service to an iconic performance space. The service transports their patrons from a nearby transport hub to their venue for an hour before the shows and again after the shows back to the transport hub. Yes, you can book and pay online. It’s easy. Simply click on the service or tour you wish and follow the prompts. You will find a link to booking form. 50% deposit is required to secure your services.Direct deposit and Paypal accepted. Use Paypal to pay by credit card. Accessibility & Wheelchair Support

A number of wheelchairs can fit in the vehicle. All access the vehicle by the level electronic hoist.There is space for one user fully confined to a wheelchair. Other users will need to be able to move to a seat. Their chair(s) can be folded and stored onboard.

Yes, a folding chair is available to you by request. Simply let us know in advance. There is no charge for the folding chair.

Maximum weight is 363 kgs. This allows for both folding and motorised wheelchairs. Area for chair is 32 inches ( 82 cms) wide x 54 inches (137 cms) x 65 inches ( 165 cms) long.

Yes, you can hire a vehicle and driver on hourly, daily or weekly hire. We are happy to assist you with an itinerary too.

To view vehicle sizes and capacity go to menu – ‘ Accessible Transport’ and click on ‘wheelchair accessible vehicle options’.

Experience & Safety

Yes, we are. For example, every NYE we transport for a range of organisations  to ensure their guests can watch the fireworks. These include state and council entities. We also support festival organisors. A shuttle service from a transport hub to the venue ensures everyone can access their event.

Specific Travel & Destinations

Yes, you can be met inside the terminal. Your driver will meet you there -displaying a sign with your name. Another great thing is that we have priority parking close to the exit.

Yes you can. A number of Sydney beaches have a special mat which sits on the sand especially for wheelchair users. As the mat is not laid out 7 days, please check with us to confirm it is set up on the day of your visit. Beaches with mats include Bondi and Manly.

Some beaches have a special beach wheelchair which allows you to access the surf. You will need to transfer from your chair. Beach wheelchairs are located at Bondi and Manly. They are free but need to be prebooked.

Yes, you do have access to a toilet stop on your charter or tour. Australia has a register of all public toilets. A special master key is available to use the accessible toilets. Australia In Style has these key to access these washrooms.
