What is the area for wheelchair in vehicle?
Area for wheelchair is 32 inches ( 82 cm )wide x 54 inches ( 137 cms) – 65 inches ( 165 cms) long.
How many wheelchair users can fit in vehicle ?
A number of wheelchair users can fit in the vehicle. All access the vehicle by the level, electronic hoist. There is space in the vehicle for one user fully confined to a wheelchair
If you have more than one wheelchair user accessing the vehicle, they will need to be able to move to a seat. Their chair(s) can then be folded and stored enroute.
We are a group of 13 people, one is in a wheelchair. How many people can fit in the accessible vehicles?

For airport pick up, are we met by driver in the terminal?
Yes, for airport pick up your driver meets you in the terminal. Simply call him when you land and he will be at the meeting point. He will have a sign with your name.
The vehicle is parked in a priority location close to the exit.

No all tours are private and exclusive to you

Yes, all attractions and restaurants are checked to be accessible by motorized wheelchair.
I have trouble walking but am not in a wheelchair. Do you have a folding wheelchair on tour if I may need it ?
Yes, a folding wheelchair is included on your tour by request. Simply let us know. There is no charge for the use of the folding wheelchair.
Can I go onto a beach in a wheelchair ?
A number of beaches in Sydney include a special mat which sits on the sand. Wheelchairs can travel on it. As the mat is not laid out 7 days, please check with us to confirm it is set up on your day of visit. Beaches with mats include Bondi and Manly.
Can I go into the surf in a wheelchair?
Yes, some beaches have a special beach wheelchair which allows you to access the surf. You will need to transfer from your chair to this special chair. Beaches with beach wheelchairs include Bondi and Manly. If you love the beach, read more about our ‘Sydney sights, sand and surf’ tour.

Can I charter a wheelchair accessible vehicle without a driver?
Yes you can charter a wheelchair accessible vehicle without a driver. A separate contract , like a rental car hire, needs to be completed.
Can tours be customized? I am especially interested in nature and the arts?
What is cancellation policy?
Booked services may be varied at any time up to 1 week prior to booking.
Should advice of cancellation of total booking be received – 50% admin charge is incurred up to 2 weeks before booking.
Less than 2 weeks – no refund
What are terms and conditions?
50% deposit to confirm booking.
50% – two weeks prior to booking.
Receipt of deposit holds services as advised. Inclusions may be varied up to 1 week prior to booking without impacting on deposit.
Should preferred services be unavailable, similar replacement services are provided.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances similar replacement service is offered
Note: i.) It is the responsibility of the participant to have relevant travel insurance which includes cover for the experience booked. ii.) No Steps Tours routes are designed to be within 40 minutes approx. of a hospital with an emergency department iii.) Australia In Style has public liability cover to $ 20M. Certificate of currency available on request
All hire vehicles are thoroughly maintained. However, should requested vehicle be unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control or any other cause whatsoever, a replacement vehicle(s) will be dispatched depending on available timing. No liability will be accepted by Australia In Style for any costs incurred by other suppliers. Liability claims limited to total monies paid by client.
No responsibility will be accepted for restrictions relating to hire vehicle access to any location.
The client is responsible for all passengers. Should the client or passengers cause damage to the vehicle or behave in an unfit manner the driver may terminate the hire car booking immediately.
Damage to Vehicles
Any damage incurred by passengers will be charged to credit card as provided or if not available, invoiced to client
Time Delays, Theft, Damage
It is hirer’s responsibility to co-ordinate time of arrival and departure.
Any passenger leaving item(s) onboard does so at their own risk
