Founder Vivien Reed

Born in Sydney, Vivien lives her dual passions - innovative thinking and the celebration of life.

After pursuing the study of languages, travelling and teaching extensively, Vivien established a family of 3 children and in 1995 combined her passions and interests to found Australia in Style - to connect with global clientele through celebrations and events.

Vivien was thrilled to participate in one the world's most renowned events - the Sydney Olympics Opening ceremony.You can read of her experience as printed in the Special Events Magazine

A love of nature is reflected in her long term country retreat and regular trekking expeditions.
A respect for nature is also evident in the business as Australia in Style offers Sydney's first carbon neutral event transport.

Vivien's creative flair is reflected not only in the innovative experiences she continues to create for the business, but also in her home which has appeared in magazines and home shows. It is probably Sydney's only home with a drawbridge for a front door !

Committed to the pursuit of excellence, Vivien has an ongoing interest in creative thinking and is an active participant in the growth and development of the special events and tourism industries.

Vivien is a volunteer mentor in the NSW State Government’s Women in Business Mentor Program, a board executive of the International Special Events Society, Sydney Chapter and has recently been honoured by the ‘ Leading Women Entrepreneurs of the World’.

Vivien is a also a Justice of the Peace and a registered marriage celebrant.

In Vivien’s office the walls are lined with expressions and sayings which are indicative of the source of her drive.
