JUST ASK the invited buyers at one of Tourism Australia’s ‘Dreamtime’ program in Sydney.
Impressive and indulgent experiences are required to provide truly memorable events to thes global players in the incentive market..
On the occasion , a gala colonial ball took place in a magnificent traditional ballroom. Invitees were provided with glamourous historical evening outfits.
When they left their hotel room , in all their finery , they were greeted at the hotel driveway with a fleet of impressive classic cars.
On arriving at the venue, footmen offered champagne as they walked the red carpet.
How would they have felt if they had walked out of their hotel room and into a 48 seater coach ? Would they have felt they were going to a stylish evening ?
What did the guests think of the sense of arrival ? Were they impressed ?Most certainly !!!
The transfer in the classic cars received the highest approval rating of the entire Dreamtime program !
These results show that, from the point of view of your guests, the event starts not when they arrive at your selected venue but when they walk out of their hotel room.

CELEBRITY STYLE
For an awards night , the top winners were to feel like that they were the stars of the evening, like celebrities.
The venue was filled with tables for 3000 winners with a central catwalk.
When it was time for the top winners to be announced , the shutters at each end of the wharf were opened and a fleet of fabulous 1950’s convertibles, with the winners standing inside, drove between the carefully arranged tables to the central catwalk where white gloved staff opened the doors.
As they drove through the tables, the winners were cheered and mobbed by their fellow winners .
How did they feel ? Just like celebrities !!
Whatever the theme of your event , there is a style of transport to enhance the occasion.

FUN TRANSPORT
Sporting Events have their specific needs . Take a World Cup final . A group of 150 New Zealanders came to Sydney to watch their team perform.
Focus was on fun, cheer and beer.
The group traveled in 3 authentic double decker buses, decked out in team colours with friendly staff onboard continuously serving ‘footy food’.
Now that made it a night to remember , even though their team didn’t win !
Consider too, the double decker bus for novel sightseeing.
UNIQUELY SYDNEY STYLE
Case study 1
To include Sydney as a character in the event, a unique ' sightseeing rally' was arranged enroute to the venue.
Guests were provided with a map, rally route marked , a list of 20 questions and allocated chauffeured vehicles.
With map in hand the guests directed the driver along a specified route, identifying Sydney landmarks along the way. Guests felt they were discovering Sydney for themselves and had fun along the way.
With a champagne stop at a spectacular harbourside location, the natural beauty of Sydney was included.
The classic sightseeing rally of Australia In Style, has been a highlight of programs and is also winner of an international special events award.
